Account Information

• Full name
• Phone number (used for OTP-based login/verification via our SMS provider)
• College/organization name (for Club/Organizer accounts)

Event & Registration Information

• Details you submit when registering for an event, as defined by that event's organizer (which may include fields such as college ID, branch, year, team member details, etc.)
• Registration status, ticket and certificate records, and check-in records

Payment Information

For paid events processed through our payment gateway partner (Cashfree), payment is handled directly by Cashfree. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank account details on our servers. We retain transaction references, amounts, and status (success/failed/refunded) for order tracking and support purposes.

For payments still using our manual QR-based flow (where applicable), we store the payment screenshot and any transaction ID you submit, solely for the purpose of verifying that payment.

Usage Information

Basic technical information such as device/browser type and general usage patterns on the platform, used to maintain and improve the service.

With Event Organizers

When you register for an event, the organizer of that event can view the registration details you submitted (name, contact information, and any other fields in that event's registration form), along with your payment/ticket status, so they can manage their event and verify entry.

With Service Providers

We share necessary information with third-party service providers who help us operate the platform, including our SMS/OTP provider (MSG91), payment gateway (Cashfree), and cloud hosting/database provider (Supabase). These providers are only given the access needed to perform their function.

For Legal Reasons

We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or government request.
